Jason Illian
Technology and Relationship Personality

Innovative leader. Web visionary. Published author. Relationship expert. TV personality.
With over 10 years of technology and executive experience, Jason Illian seems to defy the need for just one title. The former CEO of (, Jason pioneered the strategy that grew the video network from inception to more than three million monthly visitors.

Having raised over $30 million for new business ventures, Jason has a passion for creating new ideas and touching people’s lives. As the CEO of El Gato Media, his strategic thinking helps corporations, organizations, non-profits, churches, and leaders be more innovative.

Jason is also a published author and nationally-renown speaker. Jason has presented at the Goldman Sachs Technology & Internet Conference, the Rethink Conference, and hundreds of other organizations and ministries. He has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and done numerous radio interviews, from Mancow to Laura Ingraham. He has authored two published technology books, including MySpace MyKids, and the highly anticipated book, “tradigital thinking – how facebook, twitter, and social media will change traditional business,” hitting the shelves in 2010.

Jason’s unique experience in romantic relationships often raises eyebrows as well. Featured on ABC’s The Bachelorette, Jason spoke openly about this Biblical worldview, premarital sex, and relationships. Both single and married audiences connect with him, his stories, his appearance on The Tyra Banks Show and his exceptionally popular book, Undressed: The Naked Truth about Love, Sex, and Dating. He also has a new book, You Can’t Fix Crazy, releasing in 2010. Not only has Jason been on the 700 Club, Daystar, and other Christian networks, but he thrives on XM radio and other general stations that debate his unconventional ways.

Jason graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Christian University with a BBA in International Finance. He continued his education with TCU and the London School of Economics, held the distinguished honor of being named one of the top 20 students in America by USA Today, was a Rhodes scholar finalist, and was an NCAA Academic All-American while being captain of the TCU football team.

When Jason isn’t moving mountains, he is spending time with his wife, Alisha, his rambunctious, two-year old tornado, Reign, and the newest female family member, baby Sage. Although he rarely admits it in public, he is also the owner of a yippie, metrosexual Maltese dog named Sumo. He lives in Dallas, TX.

Jason started speaking in college at the age of 19 and has been addressing controversial pop cult ure issues with national audiences for the past ten years on subjects such as:

Sex and Relationships
