Joy Lagana

Joy is one of the most dynamic Christian artists today. Her concerts are filled with wit, charm, and inspiration to present the challenge to follow your calling to serve Christ and live a life worthy of that calling.

" It's all about ministry...conveying my testimony and experiences in order to encourage the body of Christ." This is the calling of Joy Lagana.

Combining years of musical experiences, coupled with worldwide performances and a deep focus on the Church, Joy has the unique ability to connect with audiences in an honest and intimate way. Her mission and purpose is clear...it's truly "all about ministry."
Joy released her debut project titled Pages in January 2003. The project is like a journal chronicling the past few seasons of Joy's life and her walk with the Lord. 

Joy was a former member of the Integrity Women of Faith Praise Team. 

Joy traveled with the group TRUTH for two years during which time she was part of three recording projects. 

Joy has sung with the worship team for the Living Proof conferences created by speaker and author Beth Moore as well as with the worship team for Rick Gage Ministries.

Joy began her professional career as a contestant on Ed McMahon's Star Search when she was 15. 
 
Joy has had the opportunity to perform with some of Christian music's most recognized artists, including Larnelle Harris, Babbie Mason, Ron Kenoly, Greg Long, and Alvin Slaughter.

Joy currently resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband, Todd Chambley, and 2 daughters. They are members of Hope Chapel Atlanta where Jon Bennett is pastor.  Even though Joy is traveling a good bit she remains involved in a Women's mentoring group and Wednesday night classes.
