Sheri Prescott
With her sweet smile, contagious joy, and vivacious personality, Sheri
can't help but make an impact on everyone she meets. As an author,
speaker, inspirational soloist, and conference host, Sheri has said, "I
want to be a 'generation-changer.' There is healing and freedom through
Jesus' love. I want every young woman to experience that kind
of real love – it puts a Hollywood script to shame." Her
goal is to motivate, challenge, and encourage her audiences to live
wholeheartedly for Jesus Christ and to know the life-changing message
of the Gospel.
Sheri was Miss Iowa 1997 and has since spoken before hundreds of schools,
churches, business, youth, and pro-family organizations. She has been
a guest on numerous radio programs as well as a columnist for Families
First Magazine. Sheri was the spokeswoman for The Abstinence Scholarship
Fund, rewarding and encouraging sexual purity, and a National Volunteer
for Focus on The Family's youth outreach programs. Her passion
to share Christ continues to grow as she is actively involved with
women's ministries across the country, including MOPS (Mother's
of Preschoolers) and recently as the Vice-President of PWOC (Protestant
Women of The Chapel) at Fort Huachuca, Arizona.
Her debut book, How To Be A Super Model: A Guide to Inner Beauty,
addresses the tough issues young women face, reminding them that true
beauty
comes from the inside out. Sheri believes that God's love for "his
girls" can radically reshape their self-image while igniting
a passion to model their lives after Christ. To compliment this message,
Sheri has also founded Super Model Conferences, a day long,
interactive, inspiring, totally–girl event that encourages teenagers
to live modest, pure, and godly lives.
Sheri and her husband Tony, who serves in the United States Military,
reside in Leavenworth, Kansas, with their two beautiful daughters.
Sheri's presentations are excellent for a variety of youth and
women's events such as retreats, conferences, banquets, churches,
schools, camps, mother/daughter and military events.

What others are saying about Sheri:
"
Sheri is truly a super model. And, oh how I hope that today's
teen girls will hear her truthful words. It breaks my heart to see
today's girls dropping great tears of pain because they cannot
live up to the magazine covers, which are nothing more than a meticulously
crafted lie of Satan. Oh, thank you, Sheri, for pointing to truth.
May today's young women be healed by your words."

"
Teenage girls today are bombarded with images from the media, music,
and our society urging them to fit in and to "play the part." I
so appreciate How to be a Super Model, because it not only speaks the
truth of God's word, but Sheri lives what she talks about. In
my 25 years of working with teenagers, and having a teenage daughter
of my own, this is one of the best resources I know of to help them
know the Super Model and be one."
~ Reed DeVries – President
of First Priority of the Sioux Empire, business owner, speaker
"
Sheri understands the depths of the issues teenage girls face, and
offers real answers founded on God's Word and His principles."
