She is a published author of "Reinventing Your Rainbow," an inspirational book for women to help them find forgiveness, peace, and joy in their lives, while discovering the purpose that God created them to fulfill.
Tracie has a love for women’s ministry, proven by her six years of leadership in women’s ministry at her home church, and the women’s ministry training seminars that she now offers to churches and Christian organizations. Women will take away a fresh understanding of what God promised through the beauty of a rainbow, as Tracie shares her powerful testimony of finding repentance, redemption and restoration. , and leads women to a profound understanding of how God truly can use all things to His glory if we say Yes to His call and step out in faith. Removing The Mask: Discovering Joy In Total Surrender
It begins in adolescence, and continues throughout our lifetime - the art of putting on a plastic smile, hiding our past, covering our flaws, and masking our true feelings, all the while hoping that no one ever sees through to the real us. Eyes will be opened in this session, as women realize the bondage that they live in while constantly living a charade. Women will leave with a new desire to live transparently for Christ, as they:

Our joy is threatened every day by the little things in life, and it takes dedicated effort to maintain our joy through Christ, while not allowing our circumstances to dictate our happiness. Women will gleam a new positive perspective about living a life full of happiness in Christ by:
- Understanding the toll that physical and mental stress takes on our bodies
- Recognizing how their attitude can determine their destiny and their success
- Understanding how our thoughts can become self-fulfilling prophesies

Most Christians desire to hear God's voice thundering through the air with the answers to their problems, but the truth is that God's voice is still, and small... a gentle whisper. Not understanding how we can hear from God leads Christians to a place of discouragement, eventually leading to a lack of interest in a relationship with Christ. Women will be motivated and excited about hearing God's voice in their lives as they learn the importance of:
- Getting to know God and developing an intimate relationship with Him
- Remaining aware of God's supernatural intervention in their lives and expecting Him to be at work on their behalf

This session focuses on motivating and equipping to leave their comfort zones and take a leap of faith to follow God's call. Women will be inspired to discerning God's will for their life, and develop the leadership traits of Godly leaders. Many of us get pulled into the hustle and bustle of the season, and lose sight of the fact that Christmas is a celebration of a Holy birthday. This message will tug at the hearts of women and pull them back into a state of worship during the holidays, inspiring them to remember the true reason for the season. This message will leave women with new insights about:
- The Christmas story through the sharing of several eloquent excerpts from Max Lucados book Holding Heaven
- Four special gifts that God gave us through the gift of His son, as told in John 3:16.
- Maintaining a heart full of true Christmas spirit throughout the year
Dance By The Light Of The Moon
The holidays can often be a time of discouragement, sadness, stress and overload, while the real spirit of Christmas gets lost in the shuffle. What is supposed to be a "holy" day can become one filled with anxiety and regrets, rather than peace and hope. Based on the movie It's A Wonderful Life, Tracie will bring to life the lessons that George Bailey (Jimmy Stewart, 1946)) learned when he encountered an angel who granted his wish of having never been born. This session will help women celebrate the holiday season with a Godly heart and mindset, by focusing on:
- Letting go of the myths and expectations that we put on ourselves at Christmas
- Focusing on seeing life from a different perspective than our own
- Remembering that the holidays are about love and giving, not money and buying

A Cup of Christmas COCOA
During the busiest season of the year, it is easy get swept up in the worldly responsibilities of the holidays, and inadvertently forget why we are celebrating. Being a former Christmas-aholic, Tracie will share some tried and true tips for not getting pulled into the madness, and truly keeping Christ in Christmas, but using the acrostic C.O.C.O.A.:

Learning To Be Me and Loving It
It's hard being a young girl in today's society! Constantly trying to please others and fit in with peers is not only emotionally draining, but usually ends in disappointment and a critical opinion of ourselves. This session will encourage young girls to love themselves for who God made them to be, and help them gain a new perspective on being true to themselves. Girls will receive 7 tips for building and maintaining a positive self esteem and seeing themselves through Gods eyes.
Color Me Beautiful
This session brings new life to the colors of the rainbow as Tracie shares her personal testimony to move the hearts of young girls, and explain how God can use the most painful of situations to ultimately glorify Him. Girls will be reminded of the sacredness of sexual purity, pro-life, and making choices that are pleasing to God, while valuing themselves for the treasures that they are in Gods eyes. Tips for building self confidence and personal worth will be shared, so that they can seek approval and true love from Christ alone.
Forever A Princess
Comparing the character traits of beloved fairy tale princesses to how we can live a life that fulfills our calling to be a Princess in the Kingdom of God, is a fun way to engage girls of any age to see themselves through Gods eyes. Girls will leave this session with a fresh perspective of who they are in Christ, be reminded that their value comes from Him, and walk away with a true understanding that God is the only Prince Charming that will never let them down.
