Pamela
Christian
"Exposing the lies. Revealing the truth. Empowering the faithful."
Pam Christian is a refreshing messenger, bringing clear words of truth and hope to a world that’s filled with clever words of relativism and self aggrandizement.
Direct, yet deeply compassionate, Pam communicates Biblical principles with refreshing insights and candor, sharing from her own personal experiences - many humorous, some tragic - yet fully relatable by women of all ages. She shares in all candor, from a passion to truly help others discover and hold onto the truth, through any adversity, to experience the promises of God.
Pam's ministry began when she served as the Teaching Director for Community Bible Study for nearly 7 years. Following, she received invitations to speak at various women’s retreats and conferences across the states.
She sensed the Lord’s calling her into radio which resulted in her hosting a weekly 2-hour talk show in Southern California on KBRT in 2003. This lead to her being hired by Salem Communications where she hosted a daily evening drive-time talk show on KFAX in San Francisco. She's been seen on KABC (Los Angeles) and KRON (San Francisco) evening television news and KFWB, KFI and KNX radio news as a conservative spokesperson and was the featured guest on Total Quality Network's "Time Out for Women" television show and a radio guest on "Duffy and Company," "Pathways", "Right to the Heart of a Mom," "American Family Living," "Rejoice in the Lord with RJ," and "The Heart of a Woman" and “Focus on the Family.”
She’s currently the Channel Host for “Talk It Up!” on webTV4women.com and is working on other television production projects.
Her work as a published author has been seen in various books and magazines, with Significant Living featuring her as the cover story in their January/February 2008 edition. She has an Ebook and bi-monthly newsletter "Transformed Living" published by Protocol, Ltd. and two Ebooks published with Jubilant Press. Her newest book and workbook are soon to be released in conjunction with her effort to help those who are under and unemployed. More at www.wydk.org.
As a miraculous survivor of sudden cardiac arrest, Pam founded a heart disease awareness campaign, "Bless Your Heart.” Through this effort of "Helping women everywhere, become aware" Pam not only works to increase awareness that heart disease is the leading cause of death for women, she also donates a portion of the campaign's proceeds to The American Heart Association.
Pam holds a certification from BIOLA's Defending the Faith Series, is a member of American Women in Radio and Television, BIOLA Task Force, Golden Gate Broadcaster's Association, Southern California Broadcaster's Association, and Advanced Writers and Speaker's Association, and Women in Christian Media.
She and her husband David live in Yorba Linda, CA with their daughter Rachael and son Gregory living and attending college nearby.
